Needs List for 2023 Pool Opening and BBQ

Happy May Team!

To best split up the tasks for the 2023 Pool and BBQ I've put together a "shopping list" with helpful notes.  

Please choose a task and advise which you would be able to accomplish ASAP.  

Note:

Please keep ALL of your original receipts for all items purchased.  Do not combine personal items with bbq items.  Once purchased we will submit to the HOA for a refund check to be sent to you.  

Tables/Tablecloths:

We have plenty of "bunco" tables that are currently at Michele Bru's house.  We will use those and the tablecloths located in the storage area of the pool.  

Let me know if you have any questions or if I've missed anything.

Linda - thanks so much, I've updated the shopping list for you to handle the Outter Pop details.  I did see large boxes available; if you go over that quantity noted that is totally fine.  Please make sure you have your receipts available for the Outter Pops and ice that you purchase.  Thanks for your help!

Acquavivas - thanks so much, I've updated the shopping list for you to handle the Water.  I did forget to mention; if you could pick up the 12oz sizes that would be appreciated.   Please feel free to round up on the water depending on the quantity they offer.  Please make sure you have your receipts available for the Water and ice your purchase.  Thanks so much!

Thank you Brenda!  

When estimating our cost I used Costco burger packs (qty 18) and Costco hot dogs (qty36), so feel free to use your judgement when purchasing on cost and quantity and of course quality.  They offer cheese slices too so feel free to choose something that you feel is best.  Reminder to keep your receipt and if you purchase ice, reimbursement for that will be included.

As far as set up goes:  at this point we are thinking of meeting on Friday evening to set up tables, bbq and all the chairs/umbrellas and such.  As we get closer I'll send out a volunteer proposal which may include margaritas =)  Just sayin...
