Hi Amanda and all. Sorry for the later response. I just got back in country last night. The only thing that might be added is who will be supplying dinner. I thought I heard it would be the same food truck as last year but not sure??? Just a thought.

Happy almost Christmas time!! As requested, I intend to post this on the SR facebook page by 11/1. I think we can have the management company also do an email if that can be coordinated.

Kids can see Santa & Mrs. Claus arrive again on a Nampa Fire Dept truck. This was a huge hit last year.

- Santa & Mrs. Claus will hand out gifts provided by parents beforehand

- Parents purchase, wrap, and tag gifts with full name(s)

- Parents drop off their gifts to Patsy Cooper by Dec 4^th (1698 W Tenzing St)

Households share a favorite holiday dessert with the community.

- Requesting homemade bite-sized, individually wrapped, or handheld treats.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

9 am-12 pm- Decorations & Setup Team

5-9 pm- Open for Purchase

- The Rustic Oven food truck (pizza & more)

5-9 pm- Potluck DESSERT: handheld or bite-sized homemade holiday-themed dessert to share

6:30-7 pm- Kids don't miss the guests of honor, Santa & Mrs. Claus, arriving on their Fire Engine Red Sleigh!

- Kid's gifts handed out by Santa & Mrs. Claus

9-10 pm- Tear Down & Cleanup Volunteers
