Happy Friday-Eve!

Attached is your Summit Ridge 2023 Pool Opening and BBQ Recap.  Please read and advise if you see any corrections and/or additional thoughts that you'd like to include.  Additionally I've included my "shopping list" that I use to plan, budget and save for overall review in planning.  

Both docs will be saved in my Summit Ridge binder for future planning.

We proposed that to Mike but I believe the answer was no because of insurance.  Mike?  Do you recall why we couldn't have a jump house?  When The Moir Team hosted, they had one.  Maybe they purchased insurance to have it?

We need some sides for next year.  Cole slaw and potato salad.  We live in Idaho for Gods sakes we need potato salad.  hahahaha

Lol! My family recipe for potato salad is pretty damn good. I’ll sign up for that (Albertsons is also great, lol).

Correction to your notes on the bbq.  I did not donate the watermelon.  I submitted my receipts for watermelon and ice to Mike.

The “donation” note was to share that the watermelon was not able to be kept for another event so we donated it as it was perishable.
