REQUEST: Garage Sale Banners (please read and respond ASAP)

Dear Summit Ridge Board Members,

On behalf of the community and our upcoming 1st Annual Garage Sale, I'd like to present Summit Ridge Community Garage Sale vinyl signs to be used for this year and in the future of our community.  

Many communities around us advertise using these signs, placing them 1 week before the event and removing them immediately after the event.  Signage would be placed on the median entrance off Greenhurst using 2 signs creating a V shape so both the Westbound and Eastbound traffic can see and an additional sign placed on the Southside of Ultar as you are entering off Midland.  PVC or appropriate wood frames will be created for safe signage and appropriate storage for future garage sales.

Here is an example of a personalized sign created that is similar to others within the Treasure Valley communities.

Banners are:

• Vinyl Material and include grommets for easy hanging in applications suggested.
• Sign size are 96"x48"
• $108 each / $304.50 total (discount applied)
• Shipping is free if order is placed by Monday, June 12th
• Tax is applicable 
• PVC and or Wood frame expense is approx $75

Once approved, I can place the order and expense to the HOA

I’m sorry Amy. This doesn’t benefit all.  I must decline this.  This benefits the homeowners who have garage sales. I agree that this is a great thing for all but using homeowner funds I can not approve.   I absolutely adore your enthusiasm.
