Hi Everyone! Rebecca’s deadline for the Q1 newsletter is tomorrow, and I am leaving town in the morning. Any edits to the attached need to be back to me tonight, or anyone else can manually make changes and get it off to Rebecca tomorrow. If no changes, then only final Board approval is needed.

HI Amanda,

I will look at this tomorrow.  I want to add a paragraph about snow removal HOA/Homeowner responsibility.  I’ve gotten quite a few emails and phone calls from homeowners asking whose responsibility it is to clear snow on hoa common areas, and roads.  It’s a good time to remind people that even though our area usually snow melts by the end of the day, it has been known to stick around awhile especially if we keep having cold temperatures and not so sun shiny days. 😊  I’ll work up a paragraph that I can add to it and take into account any other edits from the gentlemen and get this printed tomorrow.

Thanks everyone for the assist! Love the snow shoveling content and yes, it’s been around more than the past couple of years. We’re headed up to Pine today where there’s 3ft of standing snow. Yeehaw!
