The social team is coming together tomorrow, August 28th at 4 pm to go over details for the 2023 Christmas Party.  Attached is the details of the event and we will advise the board as we button up details.  

Board:  Please confirm payment has been made to Deer Flat Ranch in the amount of $1500.  Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you ladies for coming out yesterday to chat about the 2023 Christmas Party.  Attached is your updated SR Christmas Party document.  If you were not able to attend, please read and reach out if you have any questions.  Right now, we are asking the team to SAVE any shipping boxes (various sizes) to wrap for centerpieces and boxes to go under the tree.  Also consider pantry boxes to be wrapped as they are a perfect size for the centerpieces.  No need to buy boxes, use what you have.  If you would like to start wrapping, Patsy has the wrapping paper.

We would like to request a budget not to exceed $1800 for the 2023 Christmas Party.  Please advise.  

We will connect with everyone again when the weather turns cold!  =)
