Summit Ridge - Nampa

Hi there,

Just a quick update that the sign remains standing "Now Selling" in the Summit Ridge Community where the marketing company is currently not selling.  

Additionally, the flags at the entrance at Greenhurst are torn, weathered and should be taken down or replaced.

Also, the Summit Ridge sign(letters only)at the entrance off of Midland and Ultar are not lit at night.

Thank you for the heads up.  I say we do one more letter of warning to Mike and if nothing is completed we remove ourselves  

 

I will check lights next time Im in town which is the 21^st  thanks
