Hello,

My name is Amy Rehwald and I reside at 1678 W. Tenzing St in Summit Ridge.  

Thank you for your president's update; however, it has been over 2 years that we have asked about the many dead trees throughout the community and it has yet to be addressed and or answered.

Can we please add this to the issues that are being addressed?

Hello Amy,

 

I will defer you to the open board meeting next month, would be  good time to address the Board with that issue.

As you know they Board is also working on getting the front entrance beautified, and of course trying to get the developer to pay for that damage.

I haven’t addressed the trees, truthfully I didn’t know about the trees, I am sure that will be added to the overall action item.

 

I will add them to my list.. 😉
