Summit Ridge: Outdated Marketing Information

Hello,

My name is Amy Rehwald and I live at 1678 W Tenzing St.

I, and the neighbors of Summit Ridge, would like to request that the outdated marketing sign (see attached) be removed from the corner of Saser and Tucson, as you enter into the Estates.  All lots have been sold and recorded and no lots are listed by the developer and or the marketing team.  

Additionally; the marketing flags at the entrance of Greenhurst and Sandcrest placed by the developer and marketing team are torn, weathered and need to be replaced should they continue to market the neighborhood.
