GMAC Update

Hello,

I noticed GMAC is on the agenda for tonight, but do not have an update for the BOD. I'm willing to take questions offline afterward if people are interested. We've been dormant since May.

Yes, the land is for sale, and there is interest in either the HOA buying it or having a group of people work towards raising money to buy it and possibly working with the church to expand their parking. If individuals bought it, they'd have a say in what was built, but this would require quite a lot of work. There was talk of the Boys & Girls Club needing a new venue. HOA clubhouse, etc.

As another option, if purchased, we'd have the ability to change the land use to Business Neighborhood (BN instead of Commercial) and resell it. It should have been zoned as Business Neighborhood in the first place.

As a side note- all K&G's in Utah, CO, ID, WY, etc will be redone as Mavericks as part of the deal that closed in Sept. So, the location on Middleton by WalMart will never be a K&G.

I'm not sure if I can attend yet tonight but this is all the info I can think of at the moment.
