Concerns Regarding 2416 S Pelion Way, Nampa, ID 83686 - used as an AirBNB

Hello,

I am writing to address the concerns of the Air BNB located at 2416 S Pelion Way, Nampa, ID 83686.  

While Mr. Davis has made a public announcement stating that "my Airbnb guests are not given the pool key" his listing located below advertises that his AirBNB offers a "shared outdoor pool-available seasonally open specific hours, heated."

Additionally, there are reviews from clients stating that they had use of the pool.

Summit Ridge General Pool Rules states in item #4, "guests are permitted with a member, up to 4 guests per household."  Mr. Davis offers his AirBNB for up to 8 guests.

This conflicting message from Mr. Davis and what is advertised is causing the community to question the matter at hand.   

I would like to request that this be brought to the attention of the BOD and the matter be addressed so the community can have closure to this issue.

It also lists the lake.  Does that make a difference?   I’ll keep my listing as it is but thanks for asking.  Then we will confirm no one is able to use pool even though the board has confirmed use by renters is allowed.  Glad you spent the time to investigate

And also,  address as you will.  By next meeting, I will no longer be a board member so beat me up all you want.   Waste of time. They can’t use the pool if there is no key
