Added DMR Repeaters folder to file repository

I added a DMR Repeaters folder to the file repository and uploaded a file that lists all DMR Repeaters (Worldwide). I'm not sure how complete the list is, or how up-to-date it is, but at least it lists a lot of repeaters in all 50 states, and everywhere else, which may help those of us who travel a lot (looking at AA8CS <grin> ) to stay connected.
