Hi Liz,

One medium piece of checked luggage of 44 lbs or less will be fine for both your international and internal flights.

While our European tour managers do sometimes get in touch prior to departure, our Chinese tour managers do not. Your tour manager will be waiting for you at the airport when you arrive, after you have gone through customs.

Hi Liz,

A few things are occurring to me as we are getting ready to go to the airport on Monday for our 5 pm flight:

1) We know one piece of luggage is included with our flight to China. What about travel within China when we go to Xi'an or Shanghai? I would assume there is no new charge to us, but we thought we better check.

2) I know with travel with EF, I would receive an email or a phone call from my tour guide before departure. I have not heard from our guide. Is this normal?
