Many of the problems you may be facing could be just the tip of the
iceberg on what is happening with your health or disease. I don’t mean
to scare you, but many problems, when they either first show up or if
they keep recurring, could be just what is evidenced from a much
larger problem than you are not aware of. One of the things you can do
is to look at the emotional issues behind the disease and see if this
is an avenue that is worth pursuing. If things become more serious,
then more serious options need to be looked at as possibilities. I
have a blog that has more information on some of what I’ve been
writing about. If you feel like checking it out, I would completely
suggest it.

Health and wellness is a choice that is made every day when you wake
up and decide how you are going to live that day. Some days you might
wake up and feel inadequate, or something/someone or some situation
triggers off these feelings of in adequacy and you do harmful things
to yourself and eat junk food, drink lots of alcohol or just bombard
yourself with a ton of negative thoughts all day long. However, it’s
not too late to make a change for what you want in life physically,
emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
It’s what you do every day that counts towards wellness and freedom
from disease. Doing just 2% more than what you did yesterday has such
a cumulative effect. It’s like compound increasing health and well-
being.

Hi Stay Well,

Looks like it could shape up into a very good blog!

So, do you suffer from summer depression or have any specific recommendations for people who do?
