Hi All,

I don't have a specific donor but can write a thank you note if there is a donor who isn't covered (I'm not sure who got donations from who).

Also, I have typed up the notes from last night.  Would it be appropriate to put them on the blog?  I can also just make a google doc.

Hi GA buddies,

We got a report on stipends - which are now being processed - through
Global Exchange! We also got an update on fundraising. We also found
out that we don't need to do formal accounting until we actually get
incorporated, we just have to keep good track of stuff, which I'm doing
in this spreadsheet. I added you as viewers because I think it's a bad
idea to have a lot of people editing our finances. Here's what happens
next:

1. You can view the main sheet of our budget. MN PowerShift and Ripple
Effect stuff has not yet been processed. We should have a total of
$647.25 left from SoS, which means we should be able to reimburse Kai
for website stuff and Liz for incorporation fees. Kai, tell me what we
owe you. Liz, we know it's $70 - please tell us where to send. Andrew,
is the best plan to ask them to transfer that $647.25 to our new bank
account? If so, Kai, I'll need your help.

2. Your stipends have been submitted, you can see the "Sos 2008
stipends page for details"

3. Global Exchange only send thank yous to donors $250 and over. Please
view the "SOS 2008 fundraising" and check the donors list - please
thank your donors if you haven't already, and email me when you have
and contact info for the donor if that's appropriate - it would be good
to track our donors.
