Mandatory Summer Tour Guide email (part 2)

Hey Sizzlerones,

 With such wicked heat outside, Ms. Sandy has asked that I email you all to inform you that we're adding a water stop on the Tour.

 

-For the normal tour route (what we all learned) this will happen after the Chemistry courtyard stop, in the chemistry lecture hall (the double doors to the left of the funky pipping as you walk to the next stop).

---For the 'currently in effect' modified route, the water break will happen at Pugh Hall (water fountains inside) before stop 6 is given.

 

I've attached the modified route again from the last Mandatory email I sent out. Give your group a 2-3 minute water break. This will help them cool down and get a breather around the half way point of the tour.

Get the modified route down pat, use common sense, find shade, and keep your tour efficient (even on the short side).
