T-Shirts! - Please Update Your Address in the GSoC Web App

Please make sure that your shipping address and telephone number in the
GSoC web app are up to date by end of day this Thursday, September
21st. We will be doing a data pull on Friday so we can provide your
shipping information to the vendor who will be sending out your shirt.
Please note that it will take a few weeks to complete production of the
shirts and the shipments to then be processed.
***IMPORTANT***
If you are GSoC mentor who also works at Google, please change your
shipping address in the GSoC web app to be the address for your office.
We'll arrange for you to pick up your shirt in person or send it to
you via interoffice mail so we can save on program shipping costs.
Please also prefix the first line of your shipping address with
"Google," e.g.: "Google - 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway."
Three questions I anticipate:
1) How do I update my shipping address?
Login to your Google Account, then visit
http://code.google.com/soc/mentor.html
2) How will I know when the item has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information for the shipment.
Once you receive this email, please confirm that FedEx/DHL has accurate
address information for you so that you receive your package. If you
notice any errors, call FedEx/DHL to make corrections.
3) I will be moving soon. Which address should I provide?
Please provide your current shipping address as of Thursday, September
21st and ping soc2006...@google.com with your new address and phone
number once you've moved. You should also once again update your
shipping address in the web app, as well.

A gentle reminder: please update your address in the web app if you
have not already done so.
Mentors who work at Google, please make sure to prefix Line 1 of your
address with "Google" and change your shipping address to your office
address.
