Reminder - Last Day to Submit Final Surveys is September 13th

Hello everyone,
A gentle reminder, please have all student evaluations on file in the
GSoC web app by end of day tomorrow, Wednesday, September 13th. I have
sent a reminder email to all mentors and organization administrators
who still have outstanding student surveys, so please take a moment to
check for any reminder email from me sent to the address tied to your
Google Account.
At this point, only organization administrators have access to fill out
the final surveys, so if your student's evaluation is not on file
please work with your org admin to get your responses into the web app.
f you are an organization administrator logging in to complete a survey
on behalf of one of your mentors, you will need to complete the final
program overview survey first. You can do this by logging into your
Google Account and then visiting
http://code.google.com/soc/mentor_home.html. There will be a link to
the final program overview survey on this page. You can then submit
the final survey(s) on behalf of your fellow mentors.
Just in case any org admins are wondering how to check to see if any of
their organization's students are missing evaluations/how to input the
surveys:
1. Login to your Google Account.
2. Visit http://code.google.com/soc/[org_short_form_name]/open.html.
3. Any missing surveys will have a "final mentor survey needed" link
beneath the mentor's name in the student application list. Following
this link will allow you to submit the survey on behalf of the
student's mentor.
