[SUMMER 2020 OPPORTUNITIES] Important Reminder & New Jobs

Good afternoon:


I hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy.

(1) I wanted to include a quick reminder about the purpose and intent of this effort to create new summer job opportunities. 

We undertook this initiative to support 1Ls and 2Ls who have no summer employment whatsoever - either because their summer programs were completely cancelled (as opposed to shortened) or because the summer job searches they were conducting in March were derailed by the pandemic.  

There are a limited number of positions available for students who are in this situation.  Thank you for your understanding and support of your classmates!

(2) If you haven't already, you should sign up for the Pro Bono Opportunities List.  There, you may find some additional summer job opportunities.  I have attached a job that was posted to the group today.


(3) I have also attached a new summer research opportunity from Jonathan Simon and a new summer remote opportunity with one of the centers at Hastings.

(4) And I added a new summer research position with the Center on Reproductive Rights and Justice to the Summer Job Board.
