suma stats not working

This is regarding the suma stats, we see that the stats are not generating for hours of the week. Please find the below error message.

Hi,

If other reports are working, I suspect this is just what it says: a server timeout. If you're retrieving stats for a long stretch of time it can sometimes take a while. You could take a look at your server logs and consider increasing the max_execution_time for PHP: https://docs.gravityforms.com/increasing-php-max-execution-time/

Hi,
   We have tried with increasing the php-max-execution time, but still we are not able to access the reports. We would also like to mention that we are fetching the details for only one month, still we are not able to access the reports. Kindly look in to this .

Hi Jason, 

we are using ph[ version 7.2 , we are having issues with accessing the hours of the week report, the remaining reports are working fine. We have tried increasing the max execution time, but still, we are unable to access the reports.
