Wichita
State University Libraries is experiencing an issue with data collection
or reporting, I'm not sure which. We have been collecting data as
normal, but when
running reports the data we have entered in the system is not
displaying for any date after 10/28/2021, and if we select a range
purely after that date, we receive the following error message:
"There was a
problem generating the report. Please try again or contact your system
administrator. Error Code: 500. Error Message: No data found for that
combination of filters. Please try a broader search."
We have checked that the initiatives we are running the report against are correct. Our students are able to collect data like normal, as far as we can tell, but how would we be able to tell if the issue is related to data not being stored, or data not being displayed in the report? Do you know of any
similar issues from other sites?
