Command Line Issue

Hello -

I am trying to install the experimental virtual environment from GitHub,(suma-project/Suma-Vagrant),  however, I am having issues with the command lines. Please see attached. Even though the status says ‘Complete’ it still cannot open the localhost (http://localhost:19679) in the web browser.

I was hoping to reach out to anybody in this team and see if you had the same issue? 

I am using Windows 10. I have not tried it on a MAC OS system.
