to Suma: mobile library assessment toolkit

Will Suma run with the lastest version of MySQL? My IT department doesn't want to install it with the version indicated because it was listed as end of support Dec 2018.

We're running it with MariaDB Server 10.3 with no problems. I think that the feature-set required by Suma for MySQL compatibility is pretty basic and is unlikely to be broken by any sane upgrade of MySQL (speaking as a user, not one of the programmers, who might know something different).
