myxerox keeps throwing error code 093-982 if i reboot the machine it will start a headpurge finish say printing available then reboot after it reboots it shows error 093-982 or 093-983 and will melt through tons of black and magneta sometimes it will print a page while booting but the page will be blank with drops of ink on it

I have the service manual for the Phaser 7100 and it shows how to remove the Toner Cartridge Cover from the hinge and how to remove the hinge BUT it does not give a listing for the part number for the hinge itself

My WorkCentre 6505DN (has duplexing unit) keeps jamming up paper. Most of the times it's on the bottom tray.

I already replaced the separator rolls ( 675K81222 ) but the problem is still not solved.

I cleaned the tray (and rollers) as much as possible, but I think the pickup rollers and/or other rollers also need to be replaced. Can those be ordered? My printer has only 1068 pages so yes it's old(er), but except for rubber parts it should not have worn out. Is there some kind of maintenance kit?

I have inherited a slightly antique CM305DF. I know this has at least recently worked - before a family member moved, I set it up on their home network and it worked fine. I have inherited it because I will soon need to do some bulk printing and my poor little inkjet just isn't going to cut it.

I am hoping that it is simply a case of reseating something that might have shfited when the printer was moved, or something along those lines, I'm just not sure what, or whetyher this might be soemthing else.

We have a Xerox Versalink B7030 for a workgroup of 10-15 people. My question is that can we use the swipe card for the user authentication? and if it is possible, is it mandatory to have a LDAP or Active directory? or we can have local users in the Xerox machine and use swipe card for authentication?

When a print job is sent or even when the machine is trying to do a paper jam, cleaning job, the printer displays the error: "Paper Jam - open front door A to clear". I proceed to open the door A, checked for any debris.

Then I get the error "Paper jam - Remove Tray 2 to clear". After that, I remove the tray, check the paper and readjust the length and width paper edge guides accordingly.

This error happens primarily on windows 7 (both x86/x64) but we've seen it on windows 10 before. It pops up dozens of times and it is possible to end the process in task viewer but still impedes printing. We have tried installing drivers from the printer's utility (XeroxSmart Start) with the same issue. We have tried universal pcl and ps drivers. We are pushing some drivers through gpo but even the manually installed ones do this for these users. Any tips would be awesome! Thank you in advance!

Good Evening, I was wandering if someone can help. My Xerox WorkCentre 6605DN is not printing in the same area. looks something may be obstructing it. Its the same pattern on every copy. Please see photo. Thank you.

I am having issues printing on my Xerox DocuColor at work. I was also facing a similiar issue with my WorkCentre 5330 but after downloading a new driver compatbile for Mojave, the issue was resolved. There isn't a driver that I can downloaded supported by Mojave nor any alernatives.

Has anyone got a Fiery server install disk for a EX-J75 server (the external fiery model).? I would be EXTREMELY greatfull if anyone could send me a link to a download of a disk image for it.

The disks have been lost and a reload is needed.

I set up my Xerox Phaser 3020 yesterday with no problems, I printed a couple of test pages over the wifi network. Today I tried to connect to the wifi/print something but it's unreachable. The printer is turned on, I was able to print the Information pages. No changes has been made since yesterday.

Hi, we have a C60 with a stapler/hole-punch finisher. It has what appears to be 2 part numbers - 'D3A' or 'A-FN07'. It's too big for our new office, so we need to swap it out for whatever the 'standard' output tray unit would be for a C60. Just having a bit of trouble figuring out what that would be so we can look into purchasing one.

it seams that I am freaking out, because none of the download links (to download the driver) on the xerox page are working. My new printer B215 is just printing some stupid sings instead of the document I sendet from my mac OS 10.15. So I went to the Xerox page to download the right driver, but all downloads are showing the same failure:

i have a Xerox 7800 phaser and i have a problem printing only gray bright colour, for some reason it prints some sord of green or brown, nothing's wrong with the toners or the machine. Why this happens? Drivers, configs or something else?
