Creativity is not something a few people possess.
It is something life expresses through all of us.

Before creativity became performance, talent, comparison, or perfection, it was simply a natural human way of being- a child drawing on walls, humming without reason, dancing freely, imagining worlds, telling stories, making meaning.

Somewhere along the way, many of us began to believe:
“I’m not creative.”
“I’m not artistic.”
“I’m not good enough.”

Often, these beliefs were born in moments where something tender within us was judged, corrected, dismissed, or compared. Slowly, we learned to disconnect from our natural expression.

And yet, creativity continues to live quietly within us.

It appears in the way we dream, feel, solve problems, nurture relationships, arrange spaces, move our bodies, tell stories, or search for meaning. Creativity is deeply connected to aliveness itself.

We invite you to a Two Part Online Workshop on Creativity on June 14th and 21st, 2026. This workshop is about reconnecting with the creative life force already present within you. For all the Details and to Register kindly go to https://www.livingconsciouslyy.com/creativeconnection

Through a Neurobiology-Oriented Expressive Arts and Psychodrama Approach, we will gently explore body-based and creative modalities that help us access emotions, memories, and experiences beyond words.

The focus is not on performance or artistic skill, but on presence, curiosity, embodiment, and authentic self-expression.

If something within you longs to feel, express, explore, or simply reconnect with yourself more deeply, perhaps this space is for you.

To know all about the Resource Person go to https://jaya-narayan.com/

This will be a purely experiential space- an invitation to reconnect with imagination, somatic wisdom, playfulness, and self-compassion in ways that feel safe, nourishing, and meaningful.

No prior experience in art, movement, or creativity is needed.

Only a willingness to explore.
