Dear Co-travellers,

Living Consciously Foundation warmly invites you into a deeply immersive 3-hour workshop with Patricia- a space to gently yet powerfully explore the roots of our emotional patterns and relational landscapes.

Together, we will revisit the foundations of trauma and attachment, and understand how they intertwine to shape not only our personal experiences but also the intergenerational cycles we unknowingly carry forward.

This workshop will also open a compassionate inquiry into the false separation between mind and body, inviting a more holistic understanding of wellbeing, where our relationships, nervous system, and inner world are deeply interconnected.

In this space, you will:

  • Explore your unique Adult Attachment Pattern

  • Deepen awareness of how these patterns influence your relationships and emotional responses

  • Learn gentle, practical ways to begin breaking generational cycles

  • Discover how to support the children and families you work with or belong to, in creating new pathways of healing

This is not just a workshop..it is an invitation to witness, understand, and transform.

We look forward to holding this space with you.
