A 5-Week Journey: From Protection to Connection
(Integrating Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Expressive Arts)
Dates: February 18th- March 18th, 2026
Time: 7:30 – 9:30 PM IST
This five-week experiential journey is designed to support a deeper understanding of how our early relational experiences continue to shape the way we connect today- with parents, partners, children, colleagues, and authority figures.
Rather than remaining at an intellectual level, this work invites you into lived exploration. Through a thoughtful blend of psychoeducation, self-reflection, expressive arts, and somatic practices, participants are supported in recognizing their relational patterns with greater clarity, compassion, and choice.
Together, we will explore how protection strategies were formed, how they once served us, and how new pathways toward safety and connection can gently emerge.

Week 2: The fear of abandonment & the search for reassurance
Week 3: The protection of distance & the longing underneath
Week 4: When safety feels dangerous & navigating inner contradictions

A 4-Week Experiential Series for Release and Reconnection
(Integrating Vocal Sound Healing & Inner Child Work)
Dates: February 21st – March 14th, 2026
Time: 7:30 – 9:30 PM IST
This four-week series invites you to meet your voice not as something to perform or perfect, but as a living bridge between your body, emotions, and inner child.
Through gentle vocal sound practices, guided expression, and trauma-sensitive inner-child work, participants are supported in releasing held emotions, restoring a sense of inner safety, and reconnecting with parts of themselves that may have gone quiet over time.
This is a space to move slowly, listen deeply, and allow your voice to become a resource for regulation, self-connection, and empowerment.
