1)SENIOR SECURITY EXECUTIVE (HUMAN RESOURCE & SECURITY DIVISION)
 
Responsibilities:

• To monitor day to day security issues and overall security situation in the identified plants of the company and to ensure that company properties are protected
• To monitor on the arrangement of security manpower allocation in the plant to optimize resources
• To enforce security policies and procedures in the Company and to give suggestions to improve on the Security measures
• To co-ordinate with other departments on Security measures and report on Security risk areas
• Use information with care, prudence and common sense, abiding with all the relevant Security Policies of PBAPP
• To inspect and maintain all security equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
• To carry out investigation on complaints and reports on theft of company property as well as property belonging to employees
• To submit security reports to superior with recommendations for further actions
• To liaise with Police, Bomba, Hospitals and other related departments
• To perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time

 
Requirement:

• Degree in Management or equivalent qualification with more than 7 year’s experience in managing Auxiliary Police or,
• Ex-serviceman (rank of Inspector and above) with more than 7 year’s experience in managing Auxiliary Police
• Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision

 
 

2)EXECUTIVE/PROGRAMMER (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT)
 
Responsibilities:

• To troubleshoot implementation problems and resolve any modules deficiencies
• To analyse user request and works with users in developing new applications/system or modifying existing programs
• To apply the software development life cycle (SDLC) in application development
• To determine needs and designs, builds, tests, implements, maintain and enhances business systems
• To write module specifications for the development, maintenance or modification of programs
• To prepare and maintain systems documentation and flow chart
• To escalate issues and liaise with external party for 3rd party software

 
Requirement:

• Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science in the field of programming or equivalent qualification approved by MQA
• Minimum 2 years working experience in programming
• Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and programming languages and utilities
• Knowledge in Application software packages and PC-based packages
• Experience in VB.net, Ms SQL and Java Programming is mandatory.
• Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess supervisory, analytical and problem solving skills
• Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possess ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment

 
 

3)TECHNICIAN (OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT)
 
Responsibilities:

• Ensure all orders pertaining to pipe burst received are attended and completed within 24 hours
• Ensure all orders pertaining to pipe leaks are attended and completed within 48 hours
• Ensure all pipe relocations/ relaying works are carried out and commissioned within stipulated period
• Ensure all documents such SIN, timesheet, Dos, NRW records, flushing record, JCD/JRD, if any, location reports etc. are prepared and submitted to DCOs within 24 hours and subsequently submitted to secondliner for updating 48 hours
• Ensure preparation of report with sketch site locations of pipe repair on public roads complete with trench size and submit to JKR/MPPP/ MPSP within 24 hours after pipe repair on public roads
• Ensure full compliance to OHSAS 14001 pertaining to Safety and Health standard compliance at all time among workers ISO 9001 at all times
• Ensure all types of pipe burst/ leak reports both less than 100mm and above 100mm are recorded in standard templates and submit to engineer not later than 7 days of the following month
• Ensure no recurrence of pipe failure at the same spot after repair
• Ensure to maintain the utmost KPI achievement of the Distribution section
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time

 
Requirement:

• SKM (Level 3)/ Certificate/ Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification approved by MQA
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Technical knowledge in Water Treatment & Distribution/ Pipe laying, repair and maintenance
• Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Office. Ability to use other Engineering software (AutoCAD etc.) is an added advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess supervisory, analytical and problem solving skills
• Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possess ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

 
 

4)PEKERJA RENDAH AWAM
 
Requirement:

• Minima lulus dalam Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Unified Examinations Certificate (UEC)
