PMT Civil Engineer
Tasks:
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial
photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan
projects.
Prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposals,
deeds, environmental impact statements, or property and right-of-way
descriptions.
Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures,
following construction and government standards, using design software
and drawing tools.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to
determine project feasibility.
Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material
stress factors to determine design specifications.
Participate in the construction, operations, or maintenance activities
at the project site.
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent,
Seven (7) years of experience in Civil Engineering.
PMT Electrical Engineer
Tasks
Participate in preparing/writing technical specifications of various
projects electrical and ensure they adhere to project's design,
standards and requirements.
Provide technical support and provide solutions and/or alternatives
for inquiries received from Technical Services.
Provide technical assistance and trouble-shooting support for all
electrical and within projects, and ensure that all maintenance
activities and procedures are aligned with reliability requirements.
Ensure keeping, maintaining and updating a database of all historical
data pertaining to electrical and instrument equipment failures, and
assist in analyzing failure data.
Provide technical advice with regards to searching for and preparing
new electrical proposals, and review equipment specifications,
documents and drawings.
Bachelor’s Degree Electrical Engineering or equivalent, Minimum of 7
years work experience.
PMT Quality Engineer
Tasks:
Maintain, assist and enforce Quality Management System across the
Company and ensure that all related policies, procedures and
instructions are adhered to by the concerned personnel.
Apply quality concepts and tools to the development of quality data
collection, data management system and analysis techniques.
Provide input to the development of Quality Control and Quality
Assurance plans and utilize the SAP system to maintain a database of
all related documentation.
Coordinate with other organizations’ personnel to perform quality
audits and tests and ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality
Management procedures.
Analyse current processes, procedures, policies and practices at the
Company and apply appropriate statistical process control methods to
evaluate the current processes and recommend changes, if any.
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,
Minimum of 7 years working experience in QA/QC works and inspection.
PMT Mechanical Static Engineer
Tasks:
Operate or tend stationary engines, boilers, and auxiliary equipment
such as pumps, compressors, and air-conditioning equipment, to supply
and maintain steam or heat for buildings, marine vessels, or pneumatic
tools.
Test boiler water quality or arrange for testing and take necessary
corrective action, such as adding chemicals to prevent corrosion and
harmful deposits.
Activate valves to maintain required amounts of water in boilers, to
adjust supplies of combustion air, and to control the flow of fuel
into burners.
Monitor boiler water, chemical, and fuel levels, and make adjustments
to maintain required levels.
Fire coal furnaces by hand or with stokers and gas or oil-fed boilers,
using automatic gas feeds or oil pumps.
Monitor and inspect equipment, computer terminals, switches, valves,
gauges, alarms, safety devices, and meters to detect leaks or
malfunctions and to ensure that equipment is operating safely and
efficiently.
Bachelor’s Degree in Stationary or Mechanical Engineering, Seven (7)
years of experience in Stationary Engineering
PMT HVAC Engineer
Tasks:
Provide an input on the HVAC equipment and systems maintenance plans
and schedules in accordance with the risk based maintenance and
availability of spare parts, resources and tools in order to minimize
downtime and disruption to production operations.
Ensure the implementation of maintenance plans and strategies
(corrective, preventive and predictive) in coordination with the
concerned personnel.
Ensure the safety of workshop equipment, tools and materials; ensure
that the same is systematically logged and maintained.
Implement safety measures and requirements are properly adhered to by
the HVAC workshop personnel.
Assist in managing workshop service contractors, contractual
compliance, contract budget control and ensuring quality and effective
maintenance response/service.
Ensure that the Company’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
(HSEQ) policies/programs are implemented within the workshop services
section either in internal workshops or in external workshops.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or
equivalent, Seven (7) years of related HVAC Engineer experience
Instrument Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)
Tasks:
Communicate with other Maintenance organizations and the Operations
organizations in the Company to develop and maintain instrumentation
equipment maintenance and reliability strategies.
Conduct technical evaluation of reliability on the instrument
components by monitoring and analyzing the operational data,
maintenance records and equipment trends and recommend changes as
appropriate in maintenance strategies.
Provide technical expertise for instrumental equipment maintenance
activities, standards and procedures.
Provide technical assistance and trouble-shooting support for all
instrument components.
Design plant modifications of a technical nature with the
Instrumentation System. Develop renovation plans for obsolescence.
Maintain high performance levels of Instrumentation Systems.
Review and establish safe working practices and procedures within
Instrumentation Systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical or
Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Seven (7) years of
experience in Electrical/Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
