Hello,

I have clothing and person-care items I wish to donate to the Suitcase
Clinic. When I called 643-6786 to leave voicemail regarding pickup
arrangements a recorded voice said that the "extension is not
activated." Could a representative please contact me at this email
address or (preferably) by phone at 510 704-9921?

Hi Eileen,

thanks so much for contacting us, your donation would be greatly appreciated!

We would be more than willing to coordinate with you to come pick up your
donation, otherwise, we will be holding clinics both tonight and tomorrow
night if you would prefer to come drop it off directly.
Tonight (Monday), the Youth clinic will be open from 6-9 at St. Mark's
Episcopal church at 2300 Bancroft (at Ellsworth), and tomorrow night from
7-9 at First Presbyterian Church on the corner of Haste and Dana (2407
Dana).
Sorry that our voicemail service didn't work, we will definitely look into
that, so thank you for bringing it to our attention!
