Suitcase Clinic Family,
We would like to extend you a special invitation to attend a benefit dinner in support of the Suitcase Clinic on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Hotel Shattuck in downtown Berkeley. The event, entitled "Down and Out in Berkeley,” aims to contextualize homelessness as a historical phenomenon and unite our community in the spirit of empowering our underserved neighbors. We hope that you will consider attending our
benefit dinner so that we are able to highlight your numerous contributions to
our organization. Please see the attached invitation and the Suitcase Clinic
"Where your Dollar Goes" document for more details on our recent
efforts. If you are unable to attend, please consider donating through the "Donate" option (under the Fundraising tab) on our website. All contributions are applied
directly to the operation of our clinics and are 100% tax deductable, with our
501c tax code available upon request.

As alumni, you play a special role in the Suitcase Clinic not only as the builders of our legacy, but also as a network of support that continues to motivate us current students to continue to meet the needs of our community. Consequently, we feel that it is only fair to provide an avenue through which we can share our continuing progress and evolution as an organization.
