Interest in Children's Clinic

To whom it may concern:

Hi, my name is Ann and I am interested in volunteering at the Suitcase Clinic this spring, in particular the Children's clinic.  I see on the website that I must attend an informational session and a tour of the clinic before I can apply.  When is the earliest time I can do those things?  Also, if you have an email list for prospective volunteers, may I request to be added?
