Summarize your bug The Simpsons tapped out, will not load on any of my devices. I have deleted the game from all devices reinstalled from the Apple store logged in. All of my credentials load correctly. All the updates are done at once. The donut starts spinning in the corner, the way it usually does, it kicks me back out to my home screen on my tablet and iPhone. I spoke to customer service at EA and they suggested that I post here. The game allows me to sign in anonymously but not under my account. I have played this game since it first launched so I do not know if this has something to do with the size of my Springfield and some limitation set by EA causing the issue but I am getting frustrated.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Logging in with my account, I would assume
What happens when the bug occurs? After everything loads correctly as it always has it kicks me back to the home screen of my phone and tablet and shuts down the application
What do you expect to see? To be able to play the game
Once inside check that your primary EMAIL is VERIFIED and add an ALTERNATIVE email address (That you will not lose access to-- school and work emails are bad for this) and a real mobile phone number (useful as alternative methods for security codes), then verify all your details.-
Thank you, I have tried all of those and nothing worked. I really feel it has something to do with a size limitation from EA on a server or something? Like I said I have been playing daily for 11 years so my town is huge. I am definitely frustrated with the support from EA. Thanks for your assistance and I am open for other suggestions.
