We can discuss these techniques online, in person at American Center Cp or Oxford Book store, CP or any way you plan.

N=D*a+13 (Ist equation)
3N=D*b+2 (2ND euation)

multiply ist equation by 3

3N=D*a+39 (3rd eqation)

equating 3 and 2 eqation

D*b+2= 3Da+39

(D) (b-3a)=1 *37

so the value of is 1

No. is 50 and divisor is 37
approach ... 1st case no has to be DQ+ 13 and when multiplied by 3 , no. becomes 3DQ+39.. Nw leave 3DQ and concentrate on remainder

39 should be in form of P* any quotient + 2 so divisor should be in form of 37n... and lowest possible value is 37 for divisor and no. is 50

here N=123456789....53545  ( Y ? bcoz 123456789 =9 digits , 101112.......54 =2*45=90 digits , and one last digit will come as 5 from 55)

finally to check divisibility from 16 see the last 4 digits of N .. 3545/16 ---remainder =9.

thats ur answer..:)

d solution is dere r 9 digits frm 1-9....den from 10 to 19 dere will be 20dgts smlrly 20 to 29 20 more dgts/....30 to 39 20 dgts...40 49  20 dgts.............dats total of89 dgts we need 11 more dgts so we wud move fwd upto 54 dat means 99 dgts...next dgt wud be of 55...nd last four numbrs reqd are thus...3545 which when dvded by 16 gves 9

For remainder of no. On division by 16 we check the remainder wid last four digits of d no.
In dis case, d last 4 digits will be 3545 which on division by 16 gives remainder 9

Are you sure bout the answer?
Coz for a number divisible by 16, its last 4 digit has to be divided by 16. Taking last 4 digit on X which is, 9100, we fall 4 short to divide it completely by 16. hence if the last 4 digits have been 9104 then the number d have been divisible by 16. So 9100 it falls short 12 to be perfectly divisible .
Guess answer is D.
