IOS Developer

Location - Jersey City, NJ

Long-term

Additional Mandatory Tech skills

 

IOS Development, HTML5, CSS, Javascript / Angular JS

 

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for owning the app and leading development efforts when needed.

·         Take the app build through the entire process of development, test and push to Apple Store.

·         Requires collaboration with and interfacing with QA and UAT teams

·         Knowledge and code transition from the Mobile Apps team

·         Production Support

·         Help with troubleshooting production issue. Will require high availability and quick turnaround

·         Work with SRM on regular Fortify scans and Penetration tests and to remediate issues.

·         Feature Development

·         Interface with product team and the business analysts during requirements gathering and design/develop a solution

·         Train members of the production support team to eventually take over responsibility of prod support

·         Must be proficient with the following in addition to development

o   Hockey App

o   Test Flight

o   Beta Testing

o   Push to Itunes

 

·         Upgrade the app to Xcode 8

·         Feature additions - Operational Alerts

·         Resolve Security Vulnerabilities

·         iOS11 support

·         Production Support - Ongoing basis - As needed. Average 5-10% per week. There may be a spike if a production issue comes up and requires troubleshooting/release.
