From the recent Mojo magazine article...

'Perhaps this time he can have both. Bolstered by a further
decade of accrued interest from promoters, on October 23, 2024
David Barbe, Bob Mould and Malcolm Travis met at Chase Park
Transduction and played together for an hour. We did the hits,
smiles Mould. We tried to play Beaster. It wasn't too bad!'

Oh my......

Opu.

Oh my, indeed!  Bob has been on record saying (over a decade ago?) he didn't think he had it to belt out JC Auto but I would be stoked to hear Come Around -> Tilted.  And then into Judas Cradle/JC Auto. :)

Can't wait for May.

Is there an archive anywhere of all of the posts from the Majo...@soda.Berkeley.EDU days?

Also, I discovered a piece of paper while doing some basement cleaning that looks to be a printout of an unsuccessful attempt to subscribe/query the sugarlist from December of 1994 (attached).

I just went back through all my old files again and can confirm my personal Sugarlist archive is long gone. I know I searched 14 years ago when we started this version of the list but yeah, all those emails are really gone from my drives.

The oldest capture of "http://csua.berkeley.edu/~stevie/sugar/" on the Internet Archive/Wayback Machine is from February 1998:

There are many links that lead to a "Forbidden Access" dead end, but if you dig around, you can access digests and other archived material from that time period. I forgot I had bookmarked this page awhile back...

I might have some very old mbox files lying around on old hard drives, but even if I do I doubt it's an improvement over Joe's suggestion. To David(?)/d...@d-n-i.com: looking for anything in particular?

Joseph, thanks for pointing me to the ~stevie/sugar archive.

I will poke around there, and on an old drive I have in my basement.

Martin, what I am curious about is Sugarlister reviews/comments/etc. on shows from that era: http://www.thirdav.com/hd_discog/05_live_audio.html#11Dec1994
