Same bandwidth warning as for my Antwerp recording: ~3 GB (I taped in dual mode).

Warning #2: people might want to hold off on downloading, I suspect Ruediger's recording will be better. For one thing, I noticed occasional slight mobile phone noises when I sampled it last night. Apparently my recorder was too close to my bag.

Re warning #2: just checked the first 20 minutes. Thankfully it's not all over the recording and even though it's slightly annoying at times, it rather resembles wind noise during an outdoor festival. So all in all it's quite listenable but no more than a 7 out of 10 (B+ in freedom units).

Good morning from Germany,

I will upload my recording on DIME either today or more likely on Friday (plus a Swisstransfer link for the mailing list).

As this was my first (and probably only) SUGAR show I was more than satisfied.

Crazy how Bob jumps and runs around when he's not singing (and "just" playing the guitar).

What I understand is why people try to talk each other for minutes during such a loud volume (two Dutchmen in front of me talked for about 20 minutes nonstop).

At least I scored a tour T-shirt (the black one with the dates on the back):-)

I'll have to have a look through some Bob band videos to remind myself if he does it as much with J and J but I also have enjoyed his stomping around on this tour.

I took this video at Leeds and only remembered 2 minutes in that I could zoom out but do find it amusing with him wandering in and out of shot.

Bob definitely got around the stage last year at the solo band gigs.  Those shows were great because he was animated, playing great, and his voice was in top form.  And I was happy to have the focus on the Jason/Jon material too.  In hindsight, now we know why -- Bob knew the Sugar thing was happening and wanted to celebrate that time.  I do hope it's not the last we see of that trio.

That said, Bob has found another gear on the Sugar shows.  I attended 3 myself and have been scarfing up Youtube videos.  This is incredible.  All 3 of them are having the time of their lives and for a band that means so much to me, I f'n love it!

And the current set is perfection.  I hope I get the full Beaster triplet in the fall.
