Hi all,

1. If you've noticed the chronology of recent threads was off: no, you're not drunk. ;-) Google Groups is still somewhat overzealous in flagging messages as spam, but unfortunately list admins no longer get email notifications of queued messages.

I'll check the queue regularly, but if something's time-sensitive -- e.g., a show meetup -- feel free to ping me directly at rap...@dds.nl/rap...@gmail.com.

Apologies to Michael Emanuele <rex...@gmail.com> who was a recent victim of this. Not clue why, as he replied to existing threads with simple text-based emails.

2. Minor change I made while dorking around in the admin web interface: added a subject prefix "[sugarlist]" (without quotes of course) for messages.

Good reminder to check my own spam filter: a bunch of your messages got caught there.

While I'm at it, could we be more judicious about replying all in our messages? When you reply all, everyone who is on the thread individually gets the message twice. I know it's a first world problem, but still annoying. In this case, I dropped Martin's name from the To: list because he will obviously get anything sent to the main list.

Thanks for reading, and keep the discussion going! I couldn't get to NYC so I'm enjoying this vicariously through all of you. I have to wait until September.
