Dear Fellow SUGARlisters,
I am working with SUGAR/Bob's management on a special community project, and **we need YOUR help** to make it great.
With the upcoming SUGAR World Tour on the horizon, we are building a comprehensive collection of memorabilia and ephemera to document and celebrate the band's legacy and live experience. We want to capture the full story — and that story lives in *your* hands, shoeboxes, desk drawers, and camera rolls.
I am starting this appeal with you folks on the Sugarlist as you are a dedicated lot, and to gauge what kind of material is out there before appealing to the larger audience out there on social media and the band's mailing list.
What We're Looking For
We're collecting any and all SUGAR-related materials, including but not limited to:
- 🎨 Posters & Flyers — show posters, promotional materials, handbills
- 📝 Setlists — handwritten, printed, or photographed
- 🎤 Opening Act Information — lineups, memories, and details from past shows
- 🎟️ Ticket Stubs — from any era, any venue
- 📸 Photos — live shots, candid moments, meet-and-greets
- 🎥 Video — concert footage, behind-the-scenes clips, anything on tape or digital
- 📦 Any Other Ephemera — if it's SUGAR-related, we want to see it!
Why Contribute?
This is more than just a collection — it's a celebration of the community that has kept the spirit of SUGAR alive. It's also a great chance for you to flex your SUGAR bona fides and share the treasures you've been holding onto all these years. Some material from this project will be used by the band to help people get excited about the upcoming shows via social media and the website. You will be credited for your submissions.
Every contribution, big or small, helps tell the bigger story.
How to Get Involved
Simply visit the rough site that we have started at https://sugarlist.org (not very original name, but content that is based on the incredible work that Paul Hilcoff has done over the years) to upload your materials (on the individual tour date pages) or reach out to us at sub...@sugarlist.org with any questions. The site is currently set so that it will not show up in Google or other search engines. That will come later, when it is more filled in.
---
We can't do this without you. Let's build something cool — together.
With gratitude and great anticipation,
--The SUGAR Tour Archive Team
