[Sugar Shack]

Hello everyone!

Another month of practices and skill building ahead of us!

For all practices and S&M, please bring a white and dark shirt.

Rain cancellations will be announced on the Sugar Shack discord.

Practice - Monday June 2nd location TBD. We got news that the field is closed due to the amount of rain. Please let us know if you know of any alternatives ASAP! I'll send out an update by mid day tomorrow with a specific location. Potential for social gathering afterwards, also location TBD.

Practice - Mondays June 9th 16th, 23rd, and 30th at (Farrel Park)

Skills based drills, and building connections on the field, followed by scrimmage.
We're aiming to go to Old post on the 16th and 30th.

Skills & Movement - Thursdays, June 12th, and 19th at (Rock Point)

Structured throwing activities, workout, and mini.

If you're interested in running a week please sign up here

June 5th will be at the lower fields at Rock Point. Follow the gravel path down the hill on your left before the school.

June 26th location TBD as both fields are potentially unavailable to us on that date. We'll send out an update when we find an alternate location.

Team Retreat Saturday June 21st - 22nd in Peacham, VT

Matt's family has offered up a place for us to hang out. More details to come!

Upcoming Tournaments:

• Antlerlock - June 28-29 (Essex Tree Farm, VT)
  First tournament of the year and a great time to put our skills into action!
  Saturday night party/social with Buffalo Brain Freeze TBD.
  Fill out the interest survey if you're interested in playing!
  
  

• Wildwood - July 26-27(Wildwood Beach, NJ)
  Fun beach tournament where we'll get time on the beach, socialize, and play ultimate!
  We have a crew of folks who are going with a few spots left.

Hi all!

Reminder/heads up we are planning on going down to Oakledge after practice tonight to hang out and hopefully watch the sunset. We'll end practice a few minutes early and find a spot on the rocks for our group. Bring a drink and maybe a snack to share!

Also, we are still a bit low on Antlerlock numbers. Please fill out the interest survey if you want to play, even if just for one day!
