Hey Shaxters,
While you have been in your winter wormhole, the ~12 members of the Sugar Shack Leadership Discord Collective have been working through last season’s feedback and building toward a new leadership structure for the approaching season. We are now preparing for elections and are looking for teamwide input!
We first designed both a 3-person and a 5-person core leadership team. From there, a proposal to have elected leadership decide whether additional roles are necessary has passed with 65% of the vote. This means:
1. We will formally elect only 3 primary roles (Logistics, Strategy, Culture)
2. Once elected, the 3 primary leaders will then have the option to appoint 2 additional roles with voting rights - no less, no more (they may review the results of this poll and the nominee pool to help in their decision-making)

With that, it is time to commence the nomination process! If you would like to be part of the Sugar Shack Leadership Team, please fill out this Form:
