Pass to production and stability

Dear alsroot,

We've tested the latest node-testing instance with the current stable release and have still found the issue of not being able to POST any resources.

It has taken some time to test carefully again, but this move to production is a high priority for us as the current node suffers some stability issues when apache exhausts open files available in the system.

We hope we can find some time to test together again and hopefully migrate the current SN node to the new code.

Let us know when it's a good time for you, as I haven't seen you on IRC lately.
