Hello all.

I'm happy to report we have successfully delivered the latest Hexoquinasa 0.9 version also known as BETA2 to the Ministry of Education of Perú.

In the hands of the Operations and Technical Support Team from the DIGETE (Educational Technologies General Direction) it awaits impatient for the upcoming technical testing.

List of functionalities is headed by its included access to the Sugar Network solution.

For technical details please check the Technical Notes prepared by icarito detailing the list of Packages, Activities and Known Bugs that were included on the BETA2 version.

Together, with the Operations and Technical Support Team, we, the Somos Azúcar R+D Team have set the goal of releasing V1.0 (BETA3) on or before May 26 to a controlled group of final user's nation wide known as the DAT's (Technical Companionship Teachers) Team.

This will be the decisive step to achieve a successful and organic updating campaign, that locally has been proposed to be named #ActualizaXO.

Getting to BETA2 has taken a lot of energy and effort from developers and testers. I therefore would like to propose to all members of the development team to consider the following guidelines as we prepare for delivering BETA3 (V1.0) to stable package repositories and production mode services:

01 All bug fixes and feature additions made to any Package required by the Image need heavy testing of current Sugar Network functionalities. All changes should be tested in development repository first.

02 Database should be considered "in use" / "in production". Experiments should happen in development SN services (network-devel). Stable services should work with stable repository package versions.

03 Autoupdate in image will continue disabled until we have stable workflow.

04 Statistics collection should begin as soon as possible.

Thank you all for your contributions and considerations.
