Dear All,

You might be aware that Mr. Pijush Ranjan Chakrabarty & myself were entrusted by the present SSAOA committee to work as election officers for conducting the election 2025 for SSAOA.

We had some initial discussion with our President & Secretary of our association a few days back related to the modus operandi of the election and made some decisions like formation of guidelines, tentative road map etc. Accordingly, we have drafted a set of guidelines for your kind perusal and comments if any. We have also drafted a partial work plan, where some portion of which is in To Be Announced (TBA) mode.

Like earlier occasions, a successful election needs your active participation and cooperation, we strongly believe that this time also we shall receive the same. 

We also understood that we have some new members in SSAOA, we welcome them specially for active participation.
