Dear Sugam Members,

We are pleased to announce that the General Body (GB) Meeting has been scheduled for 12th April 2026 in respect to the financial year closure of 2025–26.

The following agenda points will be covered during the meeting:

  1. A brief financial summary of FY 2025–26
  2. Vendor management and developments during the year
  3. Capex plan and execution details
  4. Adoption of new financial methods of accounting
  5. Discussion and way forward  for Society defaulters
  6. Plan for Financial Year 2026–27
