Constitute a 5 members committee for formulating POA Holders Rules of Sugam Sabuj

Dear Members, 

Given the present situation of a scarcity of sufficient members willing to come forward and contest for  Board elections, and in anticipating a similar situation in future, the matter requires serious consideration and support from Members.

We the present Board  propose to constitute a committee of five (5) members for the purpose of formulating comprehensive rules and compliance guidelines regarding the eligibility of Power of Attorney (POA) holders to become Board Members of the Society.

The committee shall be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Reviewing existing Society Bye-Laws and past practices.

• Drafting clear eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and compliance procedures.

• Submitting its recommendations to the Board for consideration and, if required, placing the same before the General Body for approval.

Members interested in being part of this committee are requested to express their willingness by email within 7 days from the date of this notice. The Board will finalize the committee composition based on suitability and availability.
