This is to inform you that internal repair/renovation work will be carried out at Flat E-2D, Sugam Sabuj from 25-Sept-25.
Scope: Major interior repairs (civil/painting/electrical/fixtures) only inside the flat—no structural changes.

We will strictly follow society rules for worker entry/IDs, elevator usage, debris disposal, noise timings, and daily housekeeping of common areas. Any drilling or noisy work will be limited to the permitted hours. Debris will be removed via the designated service lift/area.
