Dear Sirs,                                       REF : MAINTENANCE BILL PAYMENT-CHANGE IN DUE DATE

As per the existing SSAOA rules, period for payment of the  ADVANCE QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE BILL ,free of interest, is 45(forty five) days from the beginning of the relative QUARTER. Thus, the bill in question is required to be paid by me within 15th MAY,2024 to avoid being charged any interest.

By the way if the Bill Amount is Rs.7800.00 why is the due amount Rs.7806.00 ? Please clarify.

In the event the rule stands changed, please send me URGENTLY a copy of the notification issued by duly authorized Member of the Governing Body curtailing the DUE DATE to 22nd APRIL 2024.
