Location CARSON, Pennsylvania
Duration : 1 year contract
Support the Enhancement and Maintenance of home grown Java
applications for that track inventory for outside processors of
materials/supplies. Resource will also assist in adding new product lines for
the application over the coming months as well as integration with the Oracle
ERP system. Looking for a heads-down coder with ability to perform analysis (in
addition to coding) so communication and some business acumen are a plus. They
do NOT need an architect caliber resource. Client environment will be working
on a small team (as a part of a larger development team) reporting to an
application development manager. Client applications are built in Java on a SOA
framework with SQL & PL/SQL (Oracle). Soft skills a. Effective
Communication and teamwork b. MUST be hands-on/heads-down coder
Must Have:
1. 3 - 5 years minimum of Java Development Background
2. J2EE, JMS, MVC, Java 2, Servlets, JDBC, JSP, AJAX,
JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL
3. IBM WebSphere, Rational Application Developer, Oracle
4. UML, RUP
5. ClearCase, Clear Quest
6. OOA, OOD, Java Design Patterns and SOA Framework
7. SOA, UDDI, BPEL, ESB Concepts, WS-Security, Web Services
Standards (SOAP, JAX-RPC, WSDL, WS-I
8. JAXB, JAXP, XML, XSLT
9. Knowledge of cross platform design and development
