BITS Pilani - Goa Campus is now a member of Sun Academic Initiative(SAI) Program.
As a result, you (students) have the chance to access Free Web-based courses on Java technology, Solaris OS system administration, Java Enterprise infrastructure products, the complete StarOffice productivity suite & Professional Development Courses.
Sun also offers discounted certification to all students through the SAI Learning Connection.
(The previous mail regarding certification exam was on behalf of NIIT and is irrespective of SAI. You may tell your friends outside BITS about the NIIT scheme of Test vouchers at Rs 3500. SAI will provide you a better discount rate - test vouchers at $60. There is no deadline of the current month if you wish to purchase the test voucher through the SAI Learning Connection, which is not available to most other colleges.)
The details on how to access the courses, practice exams and Sun certification are provided in the attached notice.
DO NOT SHARE THE LOGIN PASSWORD WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE THE CAMPUS.
